On the Menu

This Christmas Eve we will be spending the day relaxing, tracking Santa through NORAD and enjoying a scrumptious pre-Christmas dinner.

On the menu tonight is:

Roast Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Ragout

The Pioneer Woman's from scratch Green Bean Casserole

Thyme Roasted Potatoes

White Chocolate Fudge Cake

Now, it's no secret that I'm not a baker. I lack the patience for baking. Baking creates a huge mess. And I just don't have the kitchen for baking (no room.)

So what did I do??

I baked. A cake. A big cake!

I have no idea what it tastes like, but it comes with super high reviews! So we'll see!
